When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

​Szállítási feltételek

1. A kiválasztott és megrendelt áru a rendelési visszaigazolásban szereplő időpontban a Vevő által a megrendelésben megadott szállítási címre kerül kiszállításra.

2. Eladó a megrendelt termékeket igény esetén az ország egész területére kiszállíttatja a Vevőhöz.

3. A megrendelési adatlap „megjegyzés a rendeléshez” rovatában Vevő kéréseket fogalmazhat meg a megrendelés teljesítésével kapcsolatban, amelyeket Eladó a lehetőség szerint legnagyobb mértékben figyelembe venni köteles. A várható kézbesítési napon Vevőnek lehetővé kell tennie a megrendelt termék átadását.

4. Vevő köteles az általa leadott megrendelésben megjelölt címre kiszállíttatott termékeket átvenni, és a vételárat - mely a termék postaköltségét is tartalmazza – a csomag átvételekor a futárszolgálatnak megfizetni. A Vevő hibájából szükségessé váló újabb házhozszállítás költségei Vevőt terhelik.

Amennyiben a megrendelés teljesítése bármilyen okból akadályba ütközik, úgy Eladó köteles haladéktalanul e-mail vagy telefon útján felvenni a kapcsolatot Vevővel a további teendők egyeztetése érdekében.

Megrendelés esetén az árakhoz kapcsolódó szállítási költségek az Eladó által küldött visszaigazolásban feltüntetésre kerülnek.

5. A termékek megvásárlásához az alábbi fizetési és szállítási lehetőségek állnak rendelkezésére:

PayPal-on keresztüli bankkártyás fizetés

Amikor a webáruházunkban kiválasztott terméket/termékeket szeretné kifizetni, a fizetés utolsó fázisában átléptetjük a PayPal™ oldalára, ahol két lehetősége van:

Ha már rendelkezik PayPal™ fiókkal, csak be kell lépnie PayPal™ felhasználói nevével (ez az e-mail címe) és jelszavával, majd a fizetés részleteinek áttekintése után jóvá kell hagynia azt.
Ha még nem rendelkezik PayPal™ fiókkal, akkor először létre kell hoznia egyet. PayPal™ fiók létrehozásakor néhány alapadaton felül dombornyomásos bankkártyájának adatait kell megadni! Amennyiben arra kíváncsi, hogy hogyan lehet egy PayPal felhasználói fiókot létrehozni, kattintson a oldalra.

PayPal™ fiók létrehozásakor bankkártyája adatait nyugodtan megadhatja, hiszen a bankkártyához tartozó számlát a PayPal™ csak akkor terheli meg, ha PayPal egyenlege nem nyújt fedezetet a kívánt szolgáltatás kifizetéséhez.

Szállítás: Minden esetben a Magyar Posta Zrt.-vel történik. Ez azt jelenti, hogy RAG-számot kap a postázandó csomag, amivel online nyomon követhető a csomag a posta honlapján.

Az árak egy alkalommal történő kiszállítást foglalnak magukba.

Fizetési feltételek

1. A számlát minden esetben Eladó állítja ki. A számla tartalmazza az áru vételárát és a postaköltséget.

2. Eladó csomagolási – vagy bármilyen más költséget nem számol fel.

3. A fizetés előre átutalással történik.

4. Átutalással való teljesítés esetén a fizetés napjának az a banki nap tekintendő, amelyen a vételár összege Eladó folyószámláján jóváírásra kerül.

5. Eladó a vétel tárgyát képező termék tekintetében tulajdonjogát mindaddig fenntartja, amíg Vevő a termék teljes vételárát megfizeti.
